Thinking of making a stout

Hi forumites, I'm thinking of making an AG stout for the Autumn/Winter and was wondering if you had any decent recipes you could post? I like hoppy APA's and do like the occasional Guinness or two. Thanks in Advance.

I brewed this at the beginning of the year, it turned out really nice.

Personally, I’d up the smoked malt a little and increase the chocolate the next time to maintain the OG.

I’ve just made the GH American stout (again) it has a dose of Amarillo at flame out which really gives it a nice twist.

Last stout I did was the Boundary Export Stout recipe from CAMRA’s essential home brewing book. Haven’t got a bad word to say about it, just didn’t last as long as expected!

THBC do a good Irish Stout, not sure if they are still sending grain, but worth a go if they are
