Orkney update.

It's cold, with a strong wind, and it's snowing. It'll be cold tomorrow in the garage for me. Still have to decide what I'm brewing :wha:

Snow; only an inch or two, maybe three. but with that wind it'll drift :x

We've not got as much snow as some, but it's hellishly slippery stuff.

Most of my neighbours cars either haven't moved, or simply aren't even in the street, having gone out but never made it back yesterday :lol:

There have been some spirited attempts to get cars out this morning, using grit from the council bins, one car got out, although heaven help them getting back! Another tried and failed miserably :lol:

Meanwhile, my Hilux is handling all as if it was dry tarmac :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Getting jealous still non in Manchester (surprise surprise)

Just bloody cold. Even the temp in my fermentation cupboard which usually holds temp perfectly has lost 3c overnight.

Think were up to about 5 inches at home in York and about 6 in Pocklington and its still coming thick n fast! If it keeps this up we'll be set for an early finish today!
