Swapping yeast............

I'm making the Mangrove Jacks Juicy IPA on Wednesday but i've heard that the yeast supplied, M44, isn't everybody's favourite one so i'm contemplating swapping it for either US05, Crossmyloof 'Haze' or Lallemand New England Ale Yeast.

Any thoughts which way I should go would be appreciated............thanks.

Do it as it is...it might be your favourite.

M44 is ace, it usually just takes a bit longer to get started. I actually prefer it to US-05.

M44 and S-05 are basically the same strain (Chico). I'd go with which one was cheaper or easier to get.

Right, it's decided then, i'll stick with the yeast that's with the kit........M44 it is :)

I'm with the others, Do it as it is, and that way you can form your own opinion. Everyone is different when it comes to personal taste.
