Was going to brew this again with wallnuts as it turned out really good.
Made notes of what malts and hops used but forgot to take notes of water quantity.

225 crystal
120 black
60 chock

Mash in 9 litres
Sparge in 12 litres
Sound about right as I ended up boiling 15 litres and fermented about 12.5.
Must be more thorough with my notes.
