So here we go. As I have finally reached a point where a beer has matured for at least a month before testing I have decided to show you what i have got.
Irish Imperial Chocolate Stout, brewed with cocoa powder (brewed in March and still very bitter)
BB IPA with chinoock, very tastey

Admrials Reserve
St Petters Ruby Red Ale
Nelsons Revenge
Various Fruit Tea Wines and WOWs
WOW brewed dry with AJ instead of OJ
2G of Nettle wine, 3G of Elder Flower wine, 1G of Asparagus wine ( :sick: but hopeing it will inprove with age)
Finally 1G of Strawberry Wine, 1G of Seville Orange Wine and 2G of Rhubarb Wine.
Plus 5G of beer fermenting :thumb:
