Think I could get quite into this!

It worked. Now have 4 x 30lt fermenters, 9 x 25lt Conditioning containers, 2 x Cornies (soon to be 3), 4 x 5lt mini kegs, and my AG equipment made by me. And a huge assortment of wine and beer bottles. Some waiting to be filled. The fermenters never get a chance to get cold as SWMBO insists we don't have much wine in the house. I've only made 519lt this year!!!!!!!

at the wine!
I just did the math, and that works out to 692 standard 75cl bottles. Divide that by the number of weeks so far this year (30) and you get a tad over 23 bottles a week!!
Impressive stuff! Although you must have a wine rack the size of Belgium...

First post from me here in the forum, but its been regular source of information for me for the past few months.
Only started on home brew about four months ago when someone bought a Coopers starter kit for my birthday. The brew went down well with my friends and I, so i thought i would try a few other kits out, well one led to another
Anyway my stash
I got some Brewferm wheat beer, Coopers European Larger, Milestone Crusader, Brewferm Grand Cru and a Geordi lager. Mostly all fermented with just brewing sugar, was advised this from my local brew shop, said it best to try the beer straight before starting to tweak it.
Just finished moving the last down into the cellar tonight after bottling last week. So i can sit back and admire, but nothing is ready for a month
So with the gf saying I'm filling the celler with junk, thought would make something for her, keeping me in the good books :)
A WOW and a couple similar fruit juice wines.
I can see why they say this home brewing is addictive, I've got the bug and am eyeing up some Cornies if my batches of beer come through.

The red crates hold 30 bottles and are full : the black crates are empty ar the moment as are the corny kegs
this shows my empty bottle store on the wall and the filing cabinet holds 40 bottle each drawer :thumb:
this is my outside store that holds a jockey box, co2 cylinder and upto 4 corny kegs currently has one full keg which is fed to this
