Not much of a stash at the moment as I'm only just starting off on this little journey, but going from left to right:

Coopers Lager in the FV, just started that today

The green stuff is Youngs Apple alcoshots. They don't normally look that green, but I added colouring to them to make them er, greener.

The dark stuff at the end... we're not sure what's in it as it was the result of a boozy night with friends. We know it's highly alcoholic, we think it has vodka in it, and possibly some sort of fruit juice. The wife had a couple of shots of it and it sent her off for an early bath...

Indeed. We have a townhouse with a built in garage, so that will possibly become the brewing room once I've made a bit of room in there.

Think I could get quite into this!

Be careful, be very careful ;) :)

I ran out of space to store kegs when I got to six of them, after having gotten them filled ahead of the drinking curve I'd got the brewing habit. I soon found it was 'boring' waiting for the FVs to finish so I could refill the most ecently emptied keg, so I started reading about turbo cider, and wurzel's orange wine, and.... Well, I've now got 11 demi johns fermenting and four more awaiting some inspiration as to what to put in them.

I've come to the conclusion that kits are damn good, but might need a little tweak here and there, so I'm reading what I can find about dry hopping, also eyeing up the DIY AG kits folk post about, I've even managed to aquire some 50 litre (ish) PTFE tubs ready for the day the wife stops saying no :D

I only wanted to save a few quid off the shopping bill :D :D

Ahhh yes the shopping bill ploy. I remember that. It worked.  Now have 4 x 30lt fermenters, 9 x 25lt Conditioning containers, 2 x Cornies (soon to be 3), 4 x 5lt mini kegs, and my AG equipment made by me. And a huge assortment of wine and beer bottles. Some waiting to be filled. The fermenters never get a chance to get cold as SWMBO insists we don't have much wine in the house. I've only made 519lt this year!!!!!!!

   at the wine!

I just did the math, and that works out to 692 standard 75cl bottles. Divide that by the number of weeks so far this year (30) and you get a tad over 23 bottles a week!!

Impressive stuff! Although you must have a wine rack the size of Belgium...

@ Bobsbeer

I've 'only' got 3 fermenting vats, it would only have been 2, but the wife insisted on a 'clean' one for her ginger beer and as she was paying it would have been rude to refuse :)

On top of the 3 vats I've got 6 kegs, mainly king kegs, but 2 rotokegs for variety, and a couple of hundred beer bottles in various states of conditioning, being drunk, waiting to be filled.

On top of that I've got 11 demi johns in various states of fermentation, from basic to the maleolactic bit that GA bangs on about for good cider, and another 4 empty DJs awaiting summat, not sure what yet, but summat, to be fed into them.

The recent Tesco sales hass seen me well stocked with kits, there are 8 Cooper's kits and one Young's kits in the queue awaiting an empty FV / Keg before being put into production

The sad / amazing bit is that I only started at this hobby about 3 months ago, AND, I 'only' drink around 10 to 12 pints a week and rarely touch wine or cider

Hi all,

First post from me here in the forum, but its been regular source of information for me for the past few months.
Only started on home brew about four months ago when someone bought a Coopers starter kit for my birthday. The brew went down well with my friends and I, so i thought i would try a few other kits out, well one led to another :D

Anyway my stash

41f92f43.jpg

I got some Brewferm wheat beer, Coopers European Larger, Milestone Crusader, Brewferm Grand Cru and a Geordi lager. Mostly all fermented with just brewing sugar, was advised this from my local brew shop, said it best to try the beer straight before starting to tweak it.

Just finished moving the last down into the cellar tonight after bottling last week. So i can sit back and admire, but nothing is ready for a month :(

So with the gf saying I'm filling the celler with junk, thought would make something for her, keeping me in the good books :)

A WOW and a couple similar fruit juice wines.

I can see why they say this home brewing is addictive, I've got the bug and am eyeing up some Cornies if my batches of beer come through.

That's quite an impressive stash! Also impressive is the fact you have a cellar... your house could have been designed for home brew :thumb:
