Good morning guys&gals, lovely morning here so i thought why not, user upper today base malt crisp extra pale with amber and torrefied wheat hops are US cascade and citra yeast cml 5 pics to follow here’s some pics, all done bang on at 1049 and I swapped the yeast for mj44

Lovely day here in south Lancashire, so i have got the strike water on for a best bitter, using odds and sods of hops that need using, Target, cascade, and chinook, recipe Brewfather, pics later, was a good brew day forgot og pic which was 1046

Getting ready for a TC it’s a bit chilled at the moment so later, done an og test and at this temp it is 1044 so I reckon at 20c should be about 1046 ish, my first time at doing this so here goes

Just kegged the kolsch brewed 20/7/23, you have to taste the dregs it is very nice no idea how it compares as I have never had one

us-04, i have used cml midland before a very good yeast

Steampunk on the grain basket is brimed, I am doing a 90 minute mash for better effiecency
