Just kegged the Jester smash og 1.050 fg 1.008 according to bf thats 5.5abv and 83.3 attenuation, yeast was cml5, brewed 12/1/23, the dregs of the fv tasted good

Today I am brewing American pale ale, just doughed in and realised I have put crystal 400 in should have been 100 never mind

Brew went well apart from the crystal cock up, aimed for 1046 got 1052

Brewing the Murgy Straight today, i have a question, i understand the hop additions apart from the dry hop part the recipe says dry hop 9 days surly that can't be right, Help

Brew day went well, hit target og 1041 and it is in the fridge my first temp controlled brew

Checked with 2 hydrometers murgy is down to 1010 today it was brewed on 10/2/23, I have chucked the dry hops in

That's very pale. Did you use Bestmalz Heidelberg? I really must get on and make a couple more lagers for the summer, too.
