Jesters done 19L 1050 bang on just checked recipe 1 point up
Just kegged the Jester smash og 1.050 fg 1.008 according to bf thats 5.5abv and 83.3 attenuation, yeast was cml5, brewed 12/1/23, the dregs of the fv tasted good
Today I am brewing American pale ale, just doughed in and realised I have put crystal 400 in should have been 100

It's now an amber maybe.
I was thinking that Clint, an amber with target citra and cascade
I'm sure it'll be very nice!
Brew went well apart from the crystal cock up, aimed for 1046 got 1052
Brewing the Murgy Straight today, i have a question, i understand the hop additions apart from the dry hop part the recipe says dry hop 9 days surly that can't be right, Help

Brew day went well, hit target og 1041 and it is in the fridge my first temp controlled brew
Checked with 2 hydrometers murgy is down to 1010 today it was brewed on 10/2/23, I have chucked the dry hops in
Brew day, my first proper larger under temp control and I am buzzing the mash is on
All done 23L 1 point down at 1052

Everybody buggered off to Blackpool zoo today with grand daughter, so I thought I would do a brew, LBB was born Lancashire bitter, hit all the numbers 23L in the fv recipe here
