Todays brew Lancashire gold, hops are target for bittering and jester for late additions
Anybody else get a really slow sparge using torrified wheat took bloody ages

Don't know why yet but i finished 2L down and 2 points up. other than that not a bad brew day
It's stopped raining so why not do a brew. a user upper pale malt crystal 100, hops jester and amarillo
You currently brew at a ratio of 3:1 to myself!

Was considering this on Monday, what was your pre mash water volume and grain bill?
Thought that I would need about 30 L water for 5kg grain ( and both of those wouldn't fit !)
Recipe Brewfather i had to drain 2L off into a bucket to get the grain in. Once the pump is going you can put it back in

Is the hose there for fire related emergencies or just happen to be there? I've recently bought a fire extinguisher for when I'm doing camping stove brews in the shed.
no it is just there for swilling the yard and watering plants
