Would adding honey raise % ( more sugar))

Going to ask a daft question, why do you want to raise the % :wha:

Are you looking to raise the ABV of a particular recipe :?:

Just a bit of man points affair!! Lads at work think I'll destroy the taste if I raise the %!

Any good tips!

Well, adding sugar will ruin taste. Are you doing kits? Best way is to simply use less water, or add spray malt.

+ 1. I would use spraymalt and use less water, maybe 20l rather than 23l.

You could reduce the volume even more if you wanted, I've just finished a stout using a kit plus spray malt plus stout enhancer and only added enough water to make a 15 ltr brew and it tastes FANTASTIC and blows your socks off!!! I think it finished at about 7.6%
