Good morning brewers!
Having only just started to homebrew ale from the grain rather than from a kit, I was wondering if someone could answer my question.
I'm following a Dave Line recipe for "Greene King Strong Pale Ale", the problem is that the recipe recommends using 60 grams of brewers yeast and I only have 30 grams.
Will using 30g of yeast instead of 60g actually make a difference or will it just take longer to ferment? Are there any problems with using less yeast?
Thanks
