Few weeks back I decided to brew an all grain Punk ipa, followed the brewdog book recipe and dry hopped with the largest amount of hops I have ever used.
fermented at 19c for 10 days, dry hopped for 4 days, carbonated for 7 days and decided to have a sample today!
not bad at all, slightly hazy as expected, but very tasty indeed.

Try buying the tins, they should be a little more resilient.

I’m more of a 5AM man myself though recently.

Me too! Been 3 weeks in the garage after 2 weeks indoors carbonating, it's very very good indeed and better than current punk in the shops IMHO.
