Hi guys my first lager is now ready to bottle, I know its 1tsp per 500ml of sugar but do you stir it when the lager is in the bottle?

put the sugar, or sugar solution, in the (sanitised) bottle first, then add the beer - that is all the mixing it needs :thumb:

we use pet bottles 2 litre coke bottles and add 3 teaspoons of sugar. The sugar is purely for carbonation and the pet bottles can stand 100psi
