Regular.
I have quite a large mint plant which I use for peppermint tea. I'm just sat here slurping one now and thought could I make something nice from it. Any ideas people??
:wha: I can't find it in my 9th edition copy, but I'm sure there used to be one. Could it have appeared in earlier editions and then been deleted?oldbloke said:Pretty sure CJJB has a mint wine recipe.

3 cups fresh mint leaves; 1 boiling gallon water; 3lb sugar
Pitch yeast when cooled
Strain after initial fast ferment (about 2 weeks [!!!])
Ferment out, bottle.
No clues as to what it's like.
I've done this a couple of weeks ago. Results are very good.keith1664 said:Steeping some in some vodka could be refreshing.
