On Tuesday nights I learn karate, am getting fit to keep the weight down and consumption of ale up!

I am Luke. I am 31 years old, married for 8 years, one 2 year old son, and a 6 year old German shepherd.

I spent 6 years active USAF special forces, and now my "day" job consists of working law enforcement for the state.

I finished my BA, and am almost finished with my MA in microbiology and organic chemistry. This was to help me one day get brought onboard with a local brewery. I also have my degree in network security.

All of my hobbies pretty much include all things that we can do as a family. My wife and I brew together each week as the little one and the dog run around like fools on the back .25 acre. We both enjoy fishing, hunting (upland bird and waterfowl), trap shooting, video games, and hiking. I also enjoy writing code for the open source community and penetration testing networks, but since the addition of our son to our family, I rarely have enough time to dedicate to this. I use to stay up for 2-3 days until I could get a line of code just right or gain access to a server. Now that's not really possible, so golf has replaced that hobby.
