I am brewing a nanny state clone using the recipe in DIY Dog. I pitched US-05 on wednesday. Today there is a very strong smell of sulphur coming from the airlock. There isnt much in the way of fermenting in this beer. Its 10L of 0.5%. Can anyone think why there is such a strong smell of sulphur? Should I be worried? Have I missed something?
