Hi all,
If anyone has experience with the Morgan's Master Roasted Malt, how has it worked out for you?
I've added it to my two latest brews - Muntons Gold Imperial Stout and Bulldog Brews Elusive Snark Stout. Both are enduring long fermentations, the former still slowly bubbling every 15/20 seconds after 4wks, but gravity has been consistent at 1020 for well over a week, so unsure whether to go ahead and bottle. The latter on 2wks, slowing down and should be at 1008 now, but I'm getting 1016. Both have been around 22degrees throughout.
Any help or advice appreciated.
