Mixing the brew........................

Hi fellas, Just a quick one before I go to work. I've just filled a few bottles with Geordie and Scottish heavy brews. I have about 10 pints or so of each left. Would it be safe to put these two brews together for a secondary ferment. I put an equal measuer of each in a glass last night and it tasted fine. What do you think ? :

I don't see why not, could be rather strong though.
