Hi,I have just purchased the Milestones Raspberry Wheat beer kit. I might be missing something but the instructions dont seem to say when to add the raspberry flavouring? Anyone done this kit before that could help?Also any general views on the finished product would be great!

You should add the raspberry extract after fermentation and before bottling otherwise a lot of the flavour will ferment away.

It's been a good while since I did this kit as, nowadays, I tend to do a wheat beer kit and add frozen raspberries which I think gives a better flavour. However, the results from this kit were quite good ... my records show that the essence was added 24 hours before bottling. My lady certainly enjoyed this - and continues to enjoy the raspberry beer that I now produce!
