Thanks MB, gotcha and I’m surprised how quickly the colour and smell has changed. I reduced the original recipe from 2.5 to 2 kg of raspberries as it was suggested that raspberries do pack punch and I think your advice is a great idea to taste before adding all the juice. I’ll remove the fruit on Sunday which will be 5 days and leave in the fermenter another week or so to let the yeast tidy up and check the gravity. Thanks againYes, but over a separate jug/bucket. Pressing between to sieves works well.
The more you press the more bitter the flavour (generally)
