Hi all,
Although I’ve been brewing for a few years and always used bottles, I’ve recently acquired a Kingkeg, but it didn’t have a top/lid, so I bought a replacement Ballihoo top.
Using gas, the screw in capsules and a gizmo that attaches to the top, I thought I’d be getting a good creamy head but, it seems, the air/gas is escaping from somewhere. Could it be the incompatibility of the cap to the keg? Do I need to get a Kingkeg top?
Be interested to know any experiences people have had.
Cheers !
