Yeah. I noticed that as well. I settled on just wheat malt in the end, mostly down to laziness to be honest. Still. I'm happy with how this one has turned out.

Great variation of styles so far

If only I had a private jet! I have a Belgian Triple that I've aged for 8 months. It's a whopping 13% ABV.
Family and friends like this version just fine but I'd be interested in an outside opinion.

Great start to the competition three Belgian Witbier and a cherry sour. All of a very high standard.

Really nice beer packed full of flavour.

Big beer with big flavour, hides the 12.5% very well.
