I started my elderflower wine on the 8th of June the next day it was bubbling away nicely, today it has slowed down a lot but still active, I did a hydrometer reading and its at 40 appears to be taken a long time
 
Thanks for that, its still bubbling but very slowly, will just wait till it stops, in no hurry, I'm still busy, I have a 33 bottle Wine kit from the Range to brew, and I've a Woodfords Wherry Amber ale to go into the pressure barrel tomorrow.
