Regular.
I've been busy fitting some 15mm ball valves to My latest project.
The gap between the inner and outer skins on the TB seems to be
25mm on both the 50L and 80L versions.
I did not need to use the flanged nut at all.
Hole on inner skin is made with a 22mm holesaw.
Hole on outer skin is made with a 25mm holesaw.
The tank connector has to be shortened by around 12mm.
The brass coupler slightly protrudes from the outer skin, this gives
the whole assembly some sideways support and looks pretty tidy if I say
so Myself.
Just a smear of silicone grease to stop any leaking along the threads and
the jobs a goodun!
The same valve setup can be used on the 100L boiler also.
