there will be a sleeve of bent steel at the lever bottom that needs slipping up off the valve body stop

How long did it take to arrive? Still waiting for mine.

When ordered said it would be a week before they would despatch, and arrived around 10 days after ordering so had no problem and well packaged

Just checked their site and says closed until 12th Feb. Cannot say i am impressed.
