Well I finally managed to find the time and to gather the equipment needed to put together a shiny new stainless steel mashtun, and I’m very pleased with the results (although the first brew with the new beast will be the real proof of my amateurish construction skills.)

Fivetide. Did you have to drill out your tank connector to let the 15mm copper pipe in?

I did! I did! On Saturday! I made a stout with it and wrote it up.

My cornies are full and so is my fermenter, so I have to pace myself just a little....

The Boxshed & Twisted MUST be knocked back in time to clean the keg for the stout, and another bitter is in the pipeline in my head...

...I think the King Kegs need to be put back into service.
