How I made My HERMS heat exchangers

I have a 15mm coil going inside a pot to make a herm's. What fitting do i need to get the 15mm pipe through the stainless wall, a tank connector???

I am in the process of making mine and for some reason i thought that more pipe the better?

I have put around 9m of 8mm copper in a spagetti/aspagarus steamer pot which holds about 4L of water,

Do you think i have gone a bit overkill?
