It's all relative. The weatherman said it might hit a record high in Dallas, Texas of 110f. Years ago when I lived in Lake Havasu City, Arizona my response would have been, "Is that all?" We hit 120f several times a year.

We don’t understand a scale that starts at 32 and ends at 212 obviously some foreign concoction. Only the Daily Express in the uk uses the F for freaky scale,110f = 43.33c
120f = 48.88c

Time for a 568mlInterestingly HB still uses F for mashing temperature of most us Brits On here. Because since I returned to Homebrew AG I think only in metric so much that I find imperial recipes hard work. Especially hop additions in oz.
