My 100% hop ale is ready, required very little conditioning time.

It's hoppy with a dry, leafy finish.

I'm a big fan of bittering with Magnum or similar and adding lots of late and dry hops.

I have a friend that has a brewery and i was chatting to him about this very subject he does the same thing bittering hop something nice and clean, then all the hops late in the brew, BUT! he doesnt do any dry hopping as he states its a waste of time for the length he conditions for as most if not all would be lost by the time we bought it
