I'm Kev from Queensland Australia; hence the name QldKev. I've been brewing for many years, currently a BIAB (Brew In A Bag) brewer. I've got the standard keg setup etc. Loving the great beers. I've joined over here for a chat and to learn some ideas for some great new recipes.
