Hi all , from SE London/Kent. Long story short ... used the HBF a good few years ago and got some great info on Tc’s and beer kits..Anyway took a few years off for some breeding and now back in the game. Lockdown 1 inspired me to get reading up on AG and I’m now in full swing and have used this forum for loads of valuable tips. I’m 4 brews in with no complete disasters ....YET !!!!
Got an APA to minikeg tonight and a full batch oatmeal stout in the FV.
