Finings help

Ive just purchased a sachet of youngs finings for my wurzels wine (im a wine making virgin so pretty clueless hence this post!) Its in two parts ( A and B) and ive just noticed it says suitable for 5 gallons on the packet...ive only got one demijohn of wine so how do i measure out how much of this sachet i need? or is it ok to just bung the lot in? :hmm:

i used the full sachet in a 1 galon DJ and it cleared perfectly.
