If you can keep it between 19 - 21 that really won't be a problem.
I was at the mercy of fluctuating temps before I got the 'brewfridge' sorted, didn't 'lose'any brews before that, but you had to keep an eye on for when fermentation finished!
It’s currently sitting in my Series X, thought I’d need more cooling rather than heating.
Next brew, I’ll consider using my Inkbird and a heat belt/pad. Just need to get the power cable through the outlet,so just need to unwire/rewire the plug of the pad.
Yes it is an expensive fermentation fridge but I’ve not quite set it all up and I have an alternative kegerator setup for serving existing brews.
