Just been to dunelm and got the bargain of a lifetime (well maybe not of a lifetime) 1 of each, Sundew, Admirals Reserve and a Wherry.
Going to get one going tonight, the Admirals I think! £13:99 each what a bargain.
Thanks for the heads up guys

I've done the Wherry and the Admirals before but by far the best was the Nelsons Revenge! Cracking pint that was described by everyone who tried it as superb and one guy said it was the best pint he'd ever had!

The Wherry and Admirals are both excellent though so just the Sundew to go, I'll be brewing it as a summer quencher served cold from the fridge. :drink:

I went and bought a selection of the kits the other night. I got 8 but they only charged me for 7. Even better bargain.

also stocked up with a wherry, sundew and admirals reserve (also got some sterilizer and other bits for stock)

I will have a cask free and the other 2 will need to be bottled.

Planning on bottling the sundew and leaving for the summer - so which to cask? the wherry or admirals reserve?

have casked 2 wherrys so far - both have been quite good but never bottled it.

Thanks for this great post mate, dunelm newtownabby in belfast have them, ive reserved 2 kits for collection....admirals reserve and sundue :thumb:

Thanks for posting! Just been to local Dunelm (Wisbech) and picked up 4x Sundew and 2 x Admeral!!

For 13.99 it's worth stocking up! (if you like it of course)

Sorry for being an idiot, but Dunelm?? The only Dunelm I know is Dunelm Mill, which is great for curtains but wouldnt have thought they'd do beer... So I guess it's a different Dunelm?

Usually the wife would drag me in to dunelm kicking and screaming, now things have changed :D

Wife went there Thursday picked me up 2 wherry 2 admiral reserves and 2 sundew ales.

Went down to the local dunelm in Wolverhampton after hearing they have the woodforde kits on offer, picked up one each of Wherry, Sundew and Admirals Reserve, £13.99 each absolute bargain.
They still had a fair few left so I may go back later in the week to stock up, they also had Muntons Bruclens steriliser for £1.04 and Muntons syphon kits for £1.53.

Had to ask where they had them as I must of scoured the place two or three time to no avail. Turns out it was all with the clearance stock as according the member of staff I spoke to they're trying to get shot of everything, hence the price.

Interestingly the Admirals Reserve comes with an extra sachet, get the usual packet of yeast and a sachet of "Goldings Hop Powder" which ive never seen before in a kit.

Yes, they are clearing out the stock, when it's gone it's gone. Last Sunday there was still loads of stuff at the Hemel branch.

Quite a few "premium" kits have a sachet of some sort of hop extract or powder. Not sure it really makes any difference to having the flavour blended into the can.
