Mixed Gas - What Lines Do I Need?!

I have a cylinder of mixed gas that I want to use with my porters and stouts, but I have no idea what diameter of line I need to use with this regulator. I've examined it, searched it online, but I'm just not sure what I need to go for. I'm sure some experienced brewer will be able to answer that newbie question in two seconds.

Looks like 8mm to me. Or 5/16th if using beer line. Maybe 3/8 actually, measure the hole.

I use 8mm polyurethane air line as it’s more flexible.

I have the same ODL regulator which came with a 3/8" John Guest fitting.
