Well, thats the CCB started. Hope it goes as well as my 1st attempt. Not cold here so have placed the FV in the original box lined with a large new clean dog fleece :shock: so should be cosy enough!!

Sounds good. I always leave mine for 14 days as I tend to only do brewing things on wednesday nights (when SWMBO is out).

I made a Coopers Aussie Lager for my 1st attempt a few weeks ago. I'm drinking it now and I'm pretty chuffed with the results for a 1st go. I gave my old man a few bottles and he asked for some more so it cant be too bad. Going to try another Coopers kit soon but could do with getting more bottles first.
