Hi, I've brewed a festival summer glory, so far it's done 2 in the FV, 2 in the bottle at 21 degrees and now I've moved it to the fridge for 2 to condition about 3 days ago. Is this 2 weeks the clearing part as it still seems a bit cloudy
Leave a couple out of the fridge in the dark for a few days and see if they clear then. If they do it will be chill haze.
To be honest, I don’t worry about them being clear or not if you conditioned for long enough.
They will eventually drop clear through time if It is suspended yeast or hop protein.
Commercial beers are either finned or filtered for aesthetic reasons.
