Hi all, new to the forum. In the process of brewing my first batch and I've decided to use a Coopers kit to keep things simple and I've gone for the Australian Pale Ale.
Anyway, I've finished the primary fermentation which took eight days until I got two consistent readings on the hydrometer. I then transferred to keg and it's been in there for eight days so far getting nicely carbonated.
My question is though ideally I'd like to chill my beer. Am I okay to move the keg after the two weeks the instructions say it needs to clear or will this unsettle things? I've got a fridge the keg would sit nicely in and I like my beer cool!
Any tips appreciated, cheers
Dan
