adjusts clothing and smiles......

ooh wheres me sheriff when I need him......

The Court is of a mind also to investigate the actions of SWMBO Vossy in this affair.....

I would happily have you investigate any action that you deem necessary, because I would ask the court to consider ... how would you now know a good and decent pint, if you have not tasted one that falls below the par ...

.........plus I would argue that a man who chastises any SWIMBO who should enter the cosmopolitan mania of Tesco's the night before Xmas eve, and returns with fruits to be enjoyed at ones leisure .. should be stoned himself.......... I rest my case !

Oh halo Mrs V.

Please you misunderstand the Court. No man in his right mind would want to cross swords with any female at this time of the year, especially after suffering the perils of the shopping spree ( and before dinner is cooked obviously )
However the Court is wondering if a period of.... education is needed.... yes you brought these items back unannounced and your intentions were good but possibly misguided. It is though incumbent on you to act sensibly and not in the hairy fairy frame of most swmbo minds. Why did you not ask what beers he would like to be bought ? Would that not be two hard...hmmm hmmm

Oh **** I'm hiding behind the sofa....
A well trained other harf

There are only certain comments in your thread that I feel the need to respond to .. others I deem to be just typical sexist (and small minded) responses of a man who does not know his place in the big scheme of things

Oh, but I was not misguided in my actions ... indeed they were calculated down to micro detail ! I would therefore question what eduction you feel that I am missing.
Why did you not ask what beers he would like to be bought ? Would that not be two hard...hmmm hmmm
He should be grateful for what he receives, and indeed it is not my concern as to whether he would like what I bought .. he should be appreciative, and thankful for what he receives.

This lady is not for turning ..... does Mrs Brian even know the twaddle that your are posting ......

Sorry M'lord I have been away on pressing family matters.

It has been noted that not only does Wez not post any brew days (and his blog appears not to have had anything done with it since the last decade,) but Vossey does not either. He has fornicated with his new grain mill but I fear that this is just a smoke screen, designed to fool us into thinking he was going to brew again.

The mill has been built (not that you need one Saint Rob of The Malt has a perfectly good one) and yet no brew action, are we to have to wait for a new kettle or sparge arm or perhaps an up grade to the Herms. Smoke and mirrors my learned friends their is no intention to brew.

Further more I believe that not only has Vossey no intention to brew again but is at one with the devils sputum, and by comming to this couirt showing his wares he is intent on corrupting the innocent minds of our new younger generation who wish to cross over to the darkside :hmm: .

I fear that he is addicted to vile and this whole forum is just a front to protect himself and other 'admins' deviations.

Not only is the rot set in at admin level, I fear it may run deeper than we could possible imagined. I fear that evidence of wrong doing may even be found in the moderators mess hall. Many of them too have not posted any brewdays recently and some are no longer taking part in brewing discussions. Has Moley been seen of late or is he too floundering in a pool of the devils sprout waters..... (don't know where that one came from :hmm: ).

M'lord I ask of you not to be lenient in this case, an example has to be set in order that the Fields of the Darkside may be filled with the sound of gushing mash tuns and the gentle simmering of hops in the kettle, and not be tainted by the metallic pfizz of tins of the Devile sputum being openly consumed.

hmmm there is a smell of Haddock in the air ....

my wife understood my twaddle 40 years ago......lol and I would point out I do not need to know my place in the great scheme of things...

PS, Wez has been made aware of the slanderous comments of certain young padawans on the forum......abate your breath

Tis Christmas so I say forgive all transgressions until after the festive period. During this time people will be under a great deal of strain and stress. I can understand people grabbing the first brew that comes to hand after being in Asda today. It was an awful sight to behold. Ques of people purchasing cases of Stella, Bud and John smiths. Please please be lenient.
