Hi everyone!
I've just been completing my second brew. It was a Brewferm Kriek (cherry beer). Anyway, I think I messed up...5 times! Tell me your thoughts!
Firstly when I went away so it was sat in the primary fermenter for 12 days.
Secondly I transferred it to a secondary fermenter, but was going away again so I left it for 5 days instead of adding sugar there and then and bottling it up.
Thirdly, not only that but i put beer finings into it - which i since read can mess the secondary fermentation up.
Fourth, when I siphoned it out a load went into my mouth which shocked me and it ended up then spilling from my mouth into the fermenter. (i know! Pretty disgusting!)
And finally, when I put the required amount of sugar in today before bottling it (100g) I was concerned that I'd not put enough in so put a half teaspoon in each bottle when i bottled it.
Soooo! What are my chances of ruining my beer?!?!?!!?!!!!
