this is a one gallon biab brew, hoping for a lager with a bit of background flavour if that makes sense:
500 grams lager malt
200 grams carapils malt
300 grams munich malt

5 grams saaz at 60 mins
2 grams saaz at 15 mins
2 grams saaz at 5 mins
20 grams saaz at turn off

used mangrove jacks lager yeast
og was 1042

this is one of my first biab brews so fingers crossed

Keeping it at a steady 12-14 in a dark cupboard, gonna leave it there for three weeks then two weeks at room tempreture to carbonate then about four weeks in a walk in fridge at work to condition. Like I say fingers crossed
