Feral Hop Hog was our favourite when we were there a few years ago - but note that beer is expensive - you're talking of at least $12 a pint

Well, my son-in-law (from Melbourne) swears by VB. But he is coming around to better brews............

Found a few very good beers. Little neipa by mash brewing comes in at 3.5% but it's a lovely neipa. Doesn't lose anything on being low abv

Little creatures ipa is a nice drop as well. I'll try to keep a list, but hard to keep up with them all!!!!

So for me and my time in Aussie it would be Speights (Kiwi but available in oz) and Tooheys new. I used to love that beer. +1 on VB being the nasty green goblin......

If you want to go more recent then hunt out Black Hops beer who are a quote large brewery on the west coast.

And as much as i hate to say it there is also BD out there as well......
