Yep that is an all grain brew made using a Grainfather, my recipe for it is on brewersfriend. Sometimes I make it with as a straight mash and that truns out very much like Guinness original, sometimes I add a step into the mash that puts unfermentable sugars into the brew that sweetens it and changes the taste, then sweetens it enough to then add more hops or hops that are say more bitter to completely change the character
