Regular.
Had a pint tonight and im quite liking it. I'm sure if the extra water had not got in this would be a real nice beer. There is just enough Centennial to give it a floral note and the bitterness is good but it lacks a little of the caramel taste from the early runnings reduction. Not really getting the Cloves, Apple or Honey as promised from the Burton Ale Yeast. Will do this again and will take more care with the cooling set up
