Hi DX4100,
I'm like you in that I have just started brewing, and put my 2nd kit on at the weekend. I bought myself a Coopers Microbrewery which is a slightly modified version of the one in your link (what I can gather the only difference is that it has a slightly different fermentor).
The 1st batch I made with this was a Coopers Aussie lager and for a first go I was very pleased. I used the plastic PET bottles and the Coopers Carbonation drops that came with the kit and it worked out great. To sterelise my bottles is made up a solution of VWP and then rinsed each bottle a few times with cold water.
I try and buy the kits and stuff from my local homebrew shop but if I do buy online i use this site

I bought the microbrewery kit from them and they were very quick to deliver and their postage was only £6 to Orkney which I thought was good, one shop in Edinburgh was going to charge me £20 to send the same thing.
All the best.
