1st brew tastes gassy / chemically

hi all, as title says done my first cellar 7 red kit ( 7 day ), brewed for 9 days tested with hydrometer and then bottled and rested for another 7 days
strange thing is if i quickly stir wine in glass then drink it tasted good, if i dont it tastes gassy??/ chemically?? ... i wonder whether it needs degassing more but please remember i am a compete newbie
 
Leave it for a couple of months it will improve with time.

thanks for the quick replies, would i be best leaving in bottles for a few months or back in fermentation bucket ( i have thoughts of any strange taste not escaping bottles )
