    Put me straight guys I transferred from the fv and placed via Symon tube into keg as written I added 85gm of malt and left to continue for two days at 22/24deg with breather bubble trap. Now I will take the keg to a cool place for two weeks as stated Now is this right or am I totally messed...

    Looking at my hydrometer it's showing 1010 at 22 deg so I believe that to be about 1% abv So looks like I killed it. Lol

    Yep. As Iam new terminology is something to learn. Mixed in the lidded bucket from the kit then transferred to a keg with breather and bung but need that keg for next batch so bought another keg with no hole in top just a cap for adding gas by the look of it which I won't be using as I hate gas...

    Andi here looking at trying my hand at homebrewing, ran my own pub for 4 yrs and now iam happy too have a go myself and possibly get the bug as they say lol lol :drunk:
