    Vent the keg, take the lid off carefully and apply Vaseline around the rubber seal. Put the lid back on and gas up to 3-4 psi for serving. You also need a good length of beer line between your tap and the keg. The longer the line, the easier it is to get the pour right!

    Currently upgrading from 19L brews to 57L brews. I have some recipes that I've done in the past that I'd like to scale up. I'm guessing I'll be tripling the grain bill accordingly but is it the same with hop additions?

    Received my 2 100L pots from Berglands yesterday! Extremely top notch service from them. Ordered Tuesday night, received Monday afternoon! Got taps and elements just need to get hop filter, big sparge arm and a massive plate chiller! Build begins this weekend!

    You want a half teaspoon per bottle, then leave at room temp for at least a week, then chill for at least a week prior to drinking! Boom!
