If you carried on sparging after you've got the 25ltrs you should be ok as long as you stop sparging at 1005 as iirc you get tannins and other unwanted stuff but give it a go and see what happens :D as what Parva said he beat me to it :lol:

First of all thanks to MD for sending me a couple of bottles of this to try :thumb: I'm no expert on reviewing beers but i'll give it a shot :lol: Slight hiss when opened the bottle First smell from bottle neck was of roasted coffee not overpowering and hint of chocolate malty kind of...

I have King Kegs and am sorry now that I never got cornies like you I went with price but in hind sight I'd have been better off getting cornies in the first place so funds allowing I will buy a couple soon ;)

You could try using Dry Malt Extract instead of sugar or if you are near a wilko's store you could add a pack of beer kit enhancer both will give more body/flavour than just using sugar :thumb:

Get yourself some cheap water (supermarket own brand) 2ltr PET bottles not ideal but will let you bottle your brew in one go :thumb:
