Newbie help with wine that tastes like moonshine

Hi

Ive had a go at making rhurbar wine, it stopped bubbling so im guessing that the fermentation has stopped. I has gone really clear so i thought it would be ready to bottle and mature. Though when i tasted it it just tasted of pure alchol. Should i just throw it or is there anything i can do about that?

Starting gravity and final gravity if you wine is a wee bit to strong mix with lemonade when drinking

The answer is in your question :thumb:
Rhubarb wine is one of those that benefits from maturation :)
Bottle it, put it somewhere cool and dark and try it again in six months
